The fund is an open-ended AIF and invests its assets in mezzanine financing for selected real estate projects in the EURO region. The maturities of the financings are generally between 12 and 36 months, depending on the size of the project and the time of entry.
Mezzanine financing is any form of subordinated financing, whereby this can take the form of a bond, a loan or an atypical silent partnership.
